B2B Sales Representative Job Description

Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Services existing accounts obtain orders and establish new accounts.

A B2B Sales Rep is responsible for communicating the benefits of a company's products to drive sales. Sales reps serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

Sales Representative duties and responsibilities:

• Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

AN ANNUAL SALARY BASE $55,000 - $65,000 DOE PLUS COMMISSION AND BONUS
